Ivica is a passionate aviation professional with over 15 years of combined technical, operational and training experience in the aviation industry. He has been with IATA Training in Montreal, Canada since 2010. In his capacity of Head, Global Partnerships and Innovation, he is responsible for strengthening the IATA training partners’ network, development of training standards and competency framework for aviation professionals and endorsement of IATA training portfolio. He manages and oversees the executive-level academic programs with partner universities, UNIGE, NTU, ENAC among others. He also served as a member of the Harvard Business Publishing, Partners’ advisory council. He frequently speaks at international conferences and events on topics related to learning and development with an aviation perspective. His experience stems from a rich and diverse career that spans across different sectors of activity, airlines, travel agencies, international training, to name a few. He has a track record of being able to shape future learning approaches and defining learning paths for a variety of aviation stakeholders. His work has been endorsed by Airlines, Airports and Civil Aviation Authorities through their learning and development journey.
